Win Hotel Phayao

Convenient location and spacious rooms with good lighting. the hot water and pressure in the shower were great. There was also plenty of counter space available.

The service at the front desk was poor and the staff was not always helpful. the hotel's cleanliness was lacking, with ants and spiders found in the room and dirty floors.

A good base for exploring Phayao. Everything in the room was very clean. Near to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. We liked this hotel.

The hotel was very easy to locate, situated between the main street and basic shopping centers. The newer room I stayed in was spacious, nicely furnished, and very clean. There were also plenty of food stalls down the street behind the hotel.

The internet was down during my stay and the staff didn't inform me of the limited wifi. the shower temperature was either too hot or too cold, with no in-between.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were kind, despite the language barrier. The location is perfect, as it is close to the bus station and a short walk to the town center and lake. The room was spacious, clean, and modern, with plenty of counter space and nice lighting. The shower had good pressure, and the hot water was plentiful. Lastly, the hotel owners were pretty good by kindly dropping me off at the bus station on the day I checked out.

Located conveniently near the bus station and the town center, this hotel is a great option for those who want to explore the area. Some rooms offer nice views of the surrounding water and there are plenty of food stalls in the backstreets. the heated shower and wifi work well.

Some staff members are not friendly or helpful, making the check-in process frustrating for some guests.
